We strongly recommend arriving in Grand Bend at least 1 hour before your scheduled booking time, as parking can be difficult during busy periods, especially on weekends and holidays.

Please arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time for check-in, driver’s license verification, safety instructions, and life jacket fitting.

All drivers must bring a valid driver’s license.

Customers are responsible for arriving on time. If your group arrives late, we may not be able to extend your booking, and your rental may still end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrivals do not qualify for extra time, refunds, or discounts.​​
cancellations
Any cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will result in a full refund. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. Shoreline Boat Rentals reserves the right to cancel reservation for weather or dangerous conditions. No shows will be charged the full price.
